Recycled textiles from Recycled by wille
Our focus is textile recycling. Textiles left over from other people's productions are recycled and used for new home textiles; saving 50% water and 30% energy in the process.
On an autumn day in 2012, work began on trying to develop a new manufacturing process that could recycle as much as possible of textile waste from other company's productions.
With the help of two engineers and students, after 7 years of work we are now able to produce, with the help of our long-standing colleagues and supplier in India, new interior textiles from 99% recycled material.
Recycled Packaging
We are very proud to say that all the packaging material we use for the transport of our goods, including cardboard boxes, strings and plastic packaging, is now made from 100% recycled material.
ORGANIC COTTON AND DYING FROM CLASSIC TEXTILES OF SWEDEN
For us at Classic Textile of Sweden, environmental and social issues have been important since the beginning. We want to cause as little negative impact on the environment and people as possible and be part of sustainable development.
We have more than 100 organic products in our range and many of our yarn-dyed products are organically dyed. The waste water is also purified biologically and recycled when dyeing the textiles.
